When measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), you should measure against:<\/p>\n<p>Value (show me the money)<br \/>\nPerformance (how fast or how many)<br \/>\nQuality (how well or accurate)<br \/>\nand Compliance (are we doing what we are supposed to be doing)<\/p>\n<p>And all of your process should have some representation of metrics from each of these categories.
